Externally. Apply a thin layer 2-3 times a day on previously cleaned (using soap with a neutral pH value) and dry affected skin and gently rub it. The duration of treatment depends on the severity of the disease, the localization of pathological changes and the effectiveness of therapy.
Treatment of dermatomycosis is carried out for at least 4 weeks, pityriasis versicolor -1-3 weeks.
In case of fungal diseases of the skin of the legs, it is recommended that therapy be continued for at least 2 weeks after the symptoms of the disease have been resolved.
Lower gastrointestinal spasms, generalized erythema, rash, local allergic reactions (burning, itching).
Reduces the effect of polyene antibiotics (amphotericin, nystatin, natamycin, etc.). Propyl ester of para-hydroxybenzoic acid in high concentrations enhances the antifungal effect of clotrimazole, dexamethasone reduces.
With concomitant use with nystatin, clotrimazole activity may decrease.
